Global Warming?

Hello, earthlings. You amaze me with your fascination with subjects you appear to know little about. You also astound me at the lack of insight to real issues that are embedded in your discussions. When I was a young visitor to this planet, your experts claimed the earth was facing another ice age.  Most of you seem to have forgotten this now that many of you believe the opposite condition.  Yet others among you argue the earth is not warming or is not warming due to man-made reasons.  ALL of this is insignificant in light of some very real and profound issues.
Is the earth warming? Don't know.  The much more important question is this... Are humans changing subtle things about this planet? Yes. Will humans attempt to alter this behavior?  Very, very few.  Are all these changes significant to current and future generations of humans? Probably not in terms of continued existence of the species, but definitely in terms of what many humans consider to be things of beauty.
It is interesting that humans have a phrase stated "quality of life".  Most humans appear to give little thot to this, but generally agree it is important in their final years as a physical being (i.e. they plan to worry about it when it matters). In my few short decades gathering data on this planet, I have observed some easily noticeable long term changes to the quality of the environment.  Many of these changes may not reach levels that cause disasters to the survival of humans, but they naturally re-calibrate what humans appreciate in a greater sense of "quality of life".
The humans alive today will diminish much of the planet. But, the following generations will only imagine what existed before. Even the current humans generally have poor ideas about what existed naturally before, and frequently consider places of the earth that are inhospitable to humans as having no value to the planet or to humans.  There are pockets of re-calibrated humans throughout the earth, particularly in what humans call cities.
Many humans have great emotional attachments to their families and children.  Some of them call this "love". Yet nearly all of these same humans are only concerned with their impact on the earth in their microcosm of existence. The net effect of their lack of concern about long term impacts to the planet is that the humans on this planet are more concerned about their comfort during their lifespan than they are about the changes they leave behind for their children. So who do you think they love more?

Is the planet warming? I don't have that data. Certainly the enormous quantities of humans on this planet are generating more waste and heat than ever before in this age of the earth. But the rally cries should be about the measurable effects of human activities, regardless of warming the planet or not!
Seems most humans have missed the real issues.  It seems that most humans aren't concerned, because it will be a problem for future generations.
What a heartless species!
Farewell, earthlings!
