another thot...if you are a member of any organization and you manage to get into a position of power (like the President)... do you think the organization to which you belong will treat you just like any other member? If the position of power has influence over the public, then the public ought to be very interested in the intentions and the history of the organization.  This interest ought to be keen. 
It may not be fun so it might  not get done. Cross your fingers (or whatever you may prefer to do to invoke your imagined invisible assistants) people of earth, it is only your future you gamble with. Who needs information anyway?
